About us

Surrey Basements are an established company within the structural waterproofing and basement sector whose partners have decades of experience within the industry.

Our installations carry a 10 year company guarantee which can also be insurance backed through the (GPI) Guarantee Protection Insurance for a small premium on request. We are also members of the (PCA) Property Care Association.

Services

Structural Waterproofing

We are able to provide a specialist waterproofing service directly to the client or for a contractor who is responsible for the main contract. We are always available to provide assistance and advice throughout to ensure the project runs smoothly.

Basement & cellar conversions

Our basement conversions are tailored to suit the requirements of the customer. This could be a dry environment for storage purposes or full conversion for change of usage to habitable which involves building control inspections and pass off.

Sump Pump Servicing

We are now offering full sump pump servicing annually. for all surface water sumps incorporated within cavity drainage membrane systems. This service is open to all existing and non-existing customers.
